HomeWorks Northwest was founded to bring together homeowners and quality home improvement contractors and professionals. Whether you are new to the area and don't know who to call, or just don't have time to search for qualified professionals, we can help!

We provide homeowners with a simple solution for finding prescreened, licensed and insured home service professionals to fulfill their specific needs, at NO CHARGE. Simply send us your list of home service needs!

We check all contractors in our network for:

  1. Licenses
  2. Insurance
  3. Customer References
  4. Better Business Bureau/Consumer Affairs Records
  5. Ongoing Evaluation and Follow up

The Process

We match services of our network professionals with the requirements of each homeowner according to budget, project specification, scheduling, flexibility and craftsmanship. The process is easy . . .
  1. Request: Homeowner submits job/project information.
  2. Evaluation: Upon receipt of your job request, HomeWorks Northwest will contact you within three business days to evaluate your project.
  3. Contractor Contact: The contractor in our network that we connect you with will contact you within two to three business days of receiving the job request to discuss your project, schedule an estimate appointment/or work to be done. For unique requests, the process may take a little longer while HomeWorks Northwest locates a specialist that meets our standards.
  4. Bid Submission: Contractor submits bid or proposal.
  5. Follow-up: We will follow up with you after your contractor meeting and after you have received an estimate to discuss your final decision regarding your home improvement project and the referred contractor. In addition we will keep in touch with you throughout the project to ensure your satisfaction.
  6. Feedback: After job completion we encourage our clients to complete our online customer satisfaction survey so that HomeWorks Northwest can continue to refer the highest quality contractors.

Please Note: When you hire a contractor in HomeWorks Northwest’s Network, you will arrange payment directly with the contractor as we do not accept or handle payment for the contractors.
